Delivery and pickup policy
How order confirmation, delivery estimates, fees, and collection work.

Order confirmation
Submitting an order request does not immediately create a payment obligation. We confirm product availability, the delivery or pickup arrangement, the final delivery fee, and payment instructions before fulfilment.
Delivery estimates
Product pages show estimated preparation and delivery times. Kampala and nearby delivery is typically UGX 5,000–10,000. Upcountry fees and timing depend on the destination and are confirmed before payment.
Pickup
Pickup is available only after our team confirms that an order is ready. We send the collection point, available hours, and contact instructions directly to the customer.
Delays
Weather, traffic, carrier availability, public holidays, and events outside our control can affect estimates. We will contact you using the details supplied with your order if timing changes.
