As part of our preparations for World of Coffee Brussels, a representative of Mwanyi Terimba Limited had the privilege of visiting de Jong DUKE in the Netherlands, a family-owned company known for innovation and expertise in professional coffee machine manufacturing.
The visit offered valuable insight into the production journey behind advanced coffee machines—from design and engineering to assembly, quality control, and final testing. Seeing how precision, technology, and craftsmanship come together to create reliable coffee solutions was both inspiring and educational.
For us, the experience reinforced the importance of innovation across every stage of the coffee value chain. Great coffee begins at origin, but delivering an exceptional cup also depends on the equipment and expertise that transform it into a consistent and memorable consumer experience.
We are grateful to the de Jong DUKE team for their warm hospitality, openness, and willingness to share their knowledge. The visit gave us a deeper appreciation of the role equipment manufacturers play in supporting coffee businesses and consumers around the world.
As we continue our journey to World of Coffee Brussels, we look forward to building new partnerships, exchanging ideas, and exploring opportunities that strengthen the future of specialty coffee from origin to cup.
